How you should prepare for a day spa?

At Willow Urban Retreat, we take it upon ourselves to ensure that you have everything you need to enjoy the benefits of our treatments and body therapies. There is only minimal preparation required when paying a visit. We ask that you schedule your treatments in advance, arrive with some time to spare, and ensure that you have hydrated well. A light snack or drink from our cafe may assist you here. You may also wish to bring a swimsuit or a loose-fitting change of clothes if you wish to wear those while undergoing a sauna treatment.

What is included in a day spa package?
